Problem
The program required disciplined delivery across a large public-sector rollout, with a strong need for cost visibility, schedule control, and cross-functional coordination. The goal was to keep implementation aligned to budget and delivery commitments while managing a complex stakeholder environment.
My role
I supported delivery governance, cost tracking, and stakeholder coordination, helping maintain clear reporting and ensure issues were surfaced early. I focused on turning operational complexity into structured controls that could be monitored and acted on quickly.
Actions
My work included governance tracking, bottleneck monitoring, forecast review, and reporting to leadership. I created a clearer operating rhythm for teams and helped ensure decisions were supported by timely, accurate information.
Result
The program delivered PKR 103M+ in savings and closed 22.5% under budget while maintaining delivery momentum. The work helped the organization control cost exposure and provide more confident oversight across the full rollout.
