Project case study
Thunder Energy Analytics
Problem
Client requirements evolved as the platform matured, creating a need for flexible delivery planning and stronger coordination between stakeholder groups. The challenge was to keep scope aligned to value while still delivering a production-ready analytics capability.
My role
I owned delivery coordination across the project, adapting planning and priorities as the client’s expectations shifted. I helped keep the team focused on the right outcomes while maintaining momentum and clarity around decision-making.
Actions
I facilitated ongoing requirement management, stakeholder communication, and release alignment so that the product could evolve without losing delivery discipline. This enabled quicker decisions and reduced confusion around what was in scope and what mattered most.
Result
The analytics platform reached a production-ready state and offered better visibility for decision-makers. The work demonstrated the value of adaptive planning and cross-functional coordination in a fast-evolving software environment.
